Refund & Return Policy

At LeggingCity, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Must be returned in the original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund
Items that show signs of wear or are damaged for reasons not due to our error may be ineligible or subject to a partial refund

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

Returned items are not in their original condition
Items are missing parts or accessories not due to our error
Items are returned more than 30 days after purchase

Refund Method

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued as a LeggingCity gift card, valid for future purchases. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable
If a refund is issued, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount
For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance
